It takes a special person to become an In-Home Care Provider. In-Home Care of Central Washington is very proud of our employees and the compassion and care they show to our clients. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be eighteen (18) years or older
2. Complete and submit a Criminal History Background Inquiry form.
3. Have a valid Washington State drivers license
4. Have a good driving record that is acceptable by our insurance carrier.
5. Own or have daily access to a reliable automobile with Washington State’s minimum auto liability insurance coverage of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident and $10,000 property damage. You cannot use the client’s car under any circumstances.
6. Complete at least (5) hours of In-Home personal care training provided by In-Home Care of Central Washington.
7. Complete the Fundamentals (28-hour class) or Modified Caregiver (10-hour class) training as required by the State.
8. Complete ten (10) hours of continuing education training per calendar year.
